My UX Journey: The Past, The Present, & The Future

After fueling my interest in creative solutions with the digital design and social media world, I began working as operations manager at a non-profit organization I felt passionately about. In this role, Initially handling smooth operations and event flyer design, I was particularly drawn to the idea of creating design solutions that take into account the perspectives of different groups and individuals. I enjoyed learning about the backstories behind each event and using that information to design flyers that effectively communicated the event's purpose and message. As responsibilities expanded to all graphics, including banners and infographics, I discovered a fervor for visual design, sparking my quest for skill enhancement.

Now, I want to use my skills to help people understand where they're coming from and what they value. To achieve this, I am well-versed in a range of UX design processes, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. I approach each project with an open mind and place a strong emphasis on ongoing learning and growth and staying up-to-date with emerging trends in UX design.
